DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

The purchase price does not include delivery, packing, or shipping.

Purchasers from the Washington DC Metropolitan area may arrange to pick up the purchased item(s) from our warehouse without incurring shipping costs. We do not charge handling fees for personal pick ups.

For those outside the Washington DC Metropolitan area, we can obtain shipping quotes from local companies and help with pick up and delivery arrangements. We take great care in the shipment of our fine antiques so that your items could reach your home in the same condition in which they left our warehouse. However, we do not guarantee the quality of services of the shipping company. We therefore require that you insure your item(s) while in transit.

All items must be removed from our warehouse within five working days from the date of purchase unless other arrangements are made and approved in writing by Heaven Lake Antiques.

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.

If, for some reason, you were unhappy with your purchase, we will accept the item as a return under the following conditions:

• We must be notified of your intent to return the purchased item(s) within two days of their delivery to you, and a written authorization must be issued via email or fax from Heaven Lake Antiques prior to any return.

• Following the issuance of our authorization and no later than the fourth business day after your receipt of the goods, they must be shipped back to Heaven Lake Antiques fully insured at your cost.

• The returned item(s) must reach Heaven Lake Antiques warehouse without any scratch or damage, and in the original packaging.

• Only after the returned item(s) pass our inspection will you be granted full credit for the purchase price, minus the shipping/handling and insurance charges.
